This charming home is located on a quaint cul-de-sac perfect for kids to play outside and across the street from the putting green. There is an outdoor shower and a two car garage. A large screened-in porch with outdoor dining allows you to relax and truly get into 'beach mode'. There is also a large seating area on the screened-in porch; a perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. A grill is provided on the back patio downstairs for guest's enjoyment.
